naming a pattern. I am not writing your chart. I am not writing anyone else’s. I do not
diagnose private people in public, and I do not owe a comment section a case study.
I will be direct. Direct is not the same as cruel, and it is not the same as clinical. If a
sentence finds you, that is between you and your own conscience. If a sentence
describes someone you live with, that is still not a diagnosis. It is a reason to get curious,
or to get help, or to get out — none of which I can do for you from here.
